Terms of sale

The terms that apply when you buy from us: orders, prices, payment, delivery, cancellations, faulty goods and your consumer rights.

About us

Wet Dog Club (https://wetdogclub.com) is a trading name of PixelArc Ventures LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16305788). Registered office: 510 Burnley Road East, Rossendale, BB4 9LB, England. Email: hello@wetdogclub.com.

Your order

When you pay, we email you to confirm your order. That email is our acceptance, and it forms the contract between us. If we then can't supply an item (for example, it has sold out at our supplier) we'll tell you and refund you in full straight away.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. Your order ships from our partner's warehouse overseas. We take orders up to £135, so there's no import VAT or duty for you to pay on delivery.

Delivery

See our Delivery page. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancelling and returns

You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. See Returns & refunds for how it works.

Faulty goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
