What personal data we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with and how to use your data rights.

Who we are

Wet Dog Club is a trading name of PixelArc Ventures LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16305788). Registered office: 510 Burnley Road East, Rossendale, BB4 9LB, England ("we"), the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@wetdogclub.com.

What we collect and why

Order details (name, delivery address, email, phone, what you bought) to fulfil your order and provide customer service. Lawful basis: contract.
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic order records kept for 6 years for tax and accounting. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments)
CJdropshipping, our fulfilment partner, and its couriers: your name, delivery address and phone number, so your parcel can be packed and delivered
Microsoft Azure (hosting, and sending our order emails)
Google Workspace (our email inbox, if you write to us)

Our fulfilment partner ships from China, so your delivery details are sent there. That transfer is necessary to deliver the order you asked for. Our other providers may process data outside the UK under UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed for the site to work, such as remembering what's in your bag. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we'll ask you first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing or withdraw consent. Email hello@wetdogclub.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
