How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and arrive 4 to 7 working days after that. Every order is tracked and you get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £30. Below that it's a flat £3.99.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused in its original packaging. Email us and we'll send the return details. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Where do your products ship from?
Most of our range ships from our fulfilment partner’s international warehouse by a tracked express service. Your order may arrive in a separate parcel for each item.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet we can change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our returns policy.
