Returns & refunds
Changed your mind?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it. That's longer than the 14 days the law gives you. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email hello@wetdogclub.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you giving us proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner), to the payment method you used. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email hello@wetdogclub.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Items we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of items that have been unsealed where the packaging says so, unless they're faulty.
