We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Once dispatched, most parcels arrive in 4 to 7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your order contains more than one product, the items may come in separate parcels from different warehouses, each with its own tracking.

Where your order ships from

Wet Dog Club works with a fulfilment partner whose international warehouse ships most of our range to the UK by a tracked express service. That's how we keep prices fair, and it's why delivery takes a few days longer than next-day. Where we can stock an item in the UK, we will.

Something wrong?

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@wetdogclub.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
