Some days the weather wins. Sniffing and licking are natural things for dogs to do, and a few minutes of either keeps a bored dog busy when the walk has to be short.
How to use it
- Snuffle mat: tuck dry treats or part of a meal into the fabric flaps and let your dog sniff them out.
- Lick mat: spread a thin layer of dog-safe food. Freeze it first to make it last longer. The suction cups hold it to a smooth floor or the side of the bath.
Always supervise, and pick the mats up once they're finished. Never use spreads containing xylitol (birch sugar), which is toxic to dogs.
